I was in an unfortunate accident on Wednesday. I immediately phoned my husband and he phoned First Road. Within minutes, Marius Hartelief was there beside me. He already had all my insurance details, he only asked me to answer a few questions the insurance had for me. From the time that he got there until we left the scene, Marius made sure everything was taken care of.
