Never let First road tow your car,they are ****mers
I got into an accident on the 30th at around 1 am,the guy who saw the accident stopped to call his guys to come toe the car ,I requested to call my family he denied my request,then another guy came and I asked him to get me my phone so I can call my family and he did.i called my family,my baby and I had to get checked by paramedics.Their tow truck came and my brother inlay asked how much it is to tow it home and they said R4500 and he said no we'll get our own tow truck ,they insisted and said it's free to tow it to their facility ,he still told them to leave the car we'll get our own tow truck ,he then took the baby and I to go home and when he got back they took the car. I have trying to get my car back from them since 7am on the 30th,they keep having different stories and now insisting on a tow fee.I called to clarify this and their receptionist kept saying there's no one to assist and even if I come to their facility I won't get my car..24hrs was at 3am on today and they insisting on storage fees and tow fees

Towing / Road assistant
I just bought a car from vw klerksdorp on Wednesday on Sunday I wanted to visit my granny at ventersdorp on my way the car temperature went up stopped next to the road and called the vw sales man did not pick up I called my brother and he reminded me to check on the insurance what did I sign for that when I remembered that I have prime protect South Africa I called and Spoke to a lady by the name of Oteng. She ask for location and said she will call me back few minutes later the sms come in of the gentleman who was coming to tow me and also Oteng called to check if I did receive the notification of the towing car. That was a relief because I was with my girlfriend and two kids. Thanks to prime protect and Oteng for making my life easy. And also like to thanks Mr. Wessels from 911 road assistant.

I was in an unfortunate accident on Wednesday. I immediately phoned my husband and he phoned First Road. Within minutes, Marius Hartelief was there beside me. He already had all my insurance details, he only asked me to answer a few questions the insurance had for me. From the time that he got there until we left the scene, Marius made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for being there so quickly, for being so helpful and for making sure everything was taken care of.
