I have always loved Starbucks but the service received at Fourways Gardens Shopping Centre was appalling. It started out great until we started paying and we asked if they do scan to pay and they said yes, then we try to do it and get a response to say, "Oh no we don't". Then we were leaving the store and we noticed that the drinks we ordered were incorrect. We ordered 2x Mocha Frappuccinos but we received 2x Java Chip Frappuccinos which costs more than what I initially ordered. I went back and politely mentioned what I was given was incorrect. Unfortunately the comments passed and facial expressions from the staff while making what I ordered was unnecessary and unacceptable. While I was waiting I asked what's going to happen with my refund, and because they are cashless they gave me something equivalent to what was owed which in a sense was nice but not the point because I was overcharged for something I did not order. I left the store and to my surprise both Mochas were runny and tasted like a watered down chocolate shake...the Java Chip Frappuccino tasted better than what the Mochas tasted. Just shows no one can take responsibility for their mistake and treated the situation with absolute disgust and was no longer about customer service. Store # 69724 Trans: 53564 CHK: 2478
