I got into an accident on the 30th at around 1 am,the guy who saw the accident stopped to call his guys to come toe the car ,I requested to call my family he denied my request,then another guy came and I asked him to get me my phone so I can call my family and he did.i called my family,my baby and I had to get checked by paramedics.Their tow truck came and my brother inlay asked how much it is to tow it home and they said R4500 and he said no we'll get our own tow truck ,they insisted and said it's free to tow it to their facility ,he still told them to leave the car we'll get our own tow truck ,he then took the baby and I to go home and when he got back they took the car. I have trying to get my car back from them since 7am on the 30th,they keep having different stories and now insisting on a tow fee.I called to clarify this and their receptionist kept saying there's no one to assist and even if I come to their facility I won't get my car..24hrs was at 3am on today and they insisting on storage fees and tow fees
I was offered a Settlement amount for my telkom account by this business and after I paid it, 2months later they sent me an email to pay the remaining amount... What level of ***** is this.
MTN customer care agents are rude and unhelpful, their contracts are a shem. Made an online contract for data, airtime and minutes and an agent called, they confirmed everything then they decided to put me on a MTN airtime topup contract, I called to complain and recordings were listened to and was told it was the agents fault and apology given then they fixed it for 2 months and then back to the contract I never asked for.. I called customer care and they told me there's nothing they can do and then put me on hold for almost 15mins then spoke to another agent, same thing. I'm paying the same amount for the contract I never even asked for and getting ****ty service also. Do not, I repeat, Do not bother with their online sales.. Either go straight to store or don't even bother with their contracts
The agent Thabang Mahlangu gave excellent service, asked when he wasn't sure and made sure he gave 100percent customer safisfaction
I bought a 2022 Toyota Hilux single cab demo at CMH Alberton, alot of things were missing on the car, we told the salesman Matthews Motaung and he told us he is ordering replacements, we waited for a month and we contacted him again and he told us still in progress, we emailed the manager there and no response. Now this Salesman has blocked our calls and is not responding to our emails.
I always stock at Makro liquor Alberton and there's a manager there by the name of Lucky, who always makes my experience difficult, I order alcohol before I go pay and everytime when I get there, I find out that he gave it to his people, I don't know if he gets bribes but he's always making it difficult for other customers and it's really unfair cause this isn't the first time I've reported him to his manager.
I requested a quote from King Price for my 2 vehicles and the quote was done, because I was with King price before so they have my banking details, I told them I would come back to them with an answer on whether I will take the premium or not and they said okay, then a debit order went off on my acc on the 26th, I called king price they cancelled the premium telling me they'll request a refund on the 27th and I waited till the 30th, nothing came back, I called again on the 1st of July and I was told the request for refund was only done on the 1st because I complained, meaning if I didn't call,i wouldn't have gotten my money back. I explained to them that money they took had its use on the 28th and still today no money, they told me there's nothing they can do, it can only be done next week. I don't understand how they can hire incompetent people to play with our money like this.

Makro liquor Alberton has the worst manager, with horrible customer service. We stock alcohol there almost everyday, probably 5 times in a week and the liquor manager there always hides alcohol for his special clients and when they don't come pick up he still doesn't want to sell to customers.. This has been happening for almost 3months now and we have been trying to call Makro head office but the number doesn't go through.. Please sort this out because we have been avoiding to write a review so they don't lose customers but now we can't take this horrible behaviour from this manager.. His name is Lucky.
