Towing / Road assistant

I just bought a car from vw klerksdorp on Wednesday on Sunday I wanted to visit my granny at ventersdorp on my way the car temperature went up stopped next to the road and called the vw sales man did not pick up I called my brother and he reminded me to check on the insurance what did I sign for that when I remembered that I have prime protect South Africa I called and Spoke to a lady by the name of Oteng. She ask for location and said she will call me back few minutes later the sms come in of the gentleman who was coming to tow me and also Oteng called to check if I did receive the notification of the towing car. That was a relief because I was with my girlfriend and two kids. Thanks to prime protect and Oteng for making my life easy. And also like to thanks Mr. Wessels from 911 road assistant.
