Zero is the actual rating. You buy a high end laptop for a lot of money. A year later the motherboard and battery needs to be replaced. Firstly the normal HP repair centre is not allowed to fix it because it's a high end laptop. Send it to the qualified repair centre. This centre says they ordered the parts. HP cancels this repair centre and moves to another company. My laptop gets sent to the new company. This is now 5-6 months later. Today they want proof of purchase when this was bought on their website as a gift! And trying to get anyone the telephone is ****** useless! No replies just nothing! Do not buy any computers or laptops from them.

I placed an order on 5 June 2024 for 3 x Dell adapters. After a week i called them as the items were not delivered yet, only to find out that they sent it to the wrong address. I then asked them to rectify and send to the right address which they promised they would, but instead nothing was sent up until now. Ive been calling them now with this problem for 2 - 3 weeks. Today they finally tell me that they will refund or place a new order as to much time has lapsed. No one ever calls you back. Pathetic service, huge waste of my time and money calling them every second day. They should definitely consider changing there courier company. REF: DEL16788 3 units Sales Order #ORDD0018237 Called Cassidy (consultant) about 20 times regarding this matter, no one calls you back. Just empty promises.

I purchased a product from First Group which is a subsidiary of First Tech I believe. I purchased a product that failed under warranty. It’s been 2 months and I have neither my repaired product or a replacement. They are making their problem mine and only want to give me a refund. Now, does one want to invest in this company as your partner if warranties mean nothing? If after only 2 years they cannot acquire a replacement unit? Is this what you expect from a tech company? I simply would not recommended dealing with them if they cannot ensure my business runs smoothly.

These guys claim to have delivered my parcel when I log on to check its whereabouts it shows it was delivered to kelebogile and i was never for once contacted, first things first my name is not kelebogile and I've never received anything. This is a nonsense of a company

Really bad service, was very prompt in delivering the wrong part for my order, and after that started stalling, no communication unless I contacted them. After 2 attempts of trying to get them to exchange the part, I am forced to get it elsewhere, a truly 3rd rate experience

I purchased a keyboard online in January, but unfortunately, it was not the correct specification that I was looking for. I returned the keyboard, hoping to receive a refund, but to my disappointment, my money was not refunded. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the seller. I contacted the Firstech multiple times, but they were unresponsive, and they refused to refund my money. I tried to explain the situation and provide all the necessary information, including the order number and date of purchase, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. It's disappointing that the Firstech did not take responsibility and provide me with a refund. Worst service ever
