Horrible response! made payment on the 10th of march. Management Polokwane promised feedback and I had to contact them for feedback after they failed to deliver on promises, product or service. Had to phone 4x when switchboard failed to connect to relevant persons. Manager who made promises went on leave without instructing anyone. I made it clear that the device forms part of our business security and is a critical component. Needless to say; this fell of deaf ears.
