I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance: The agent is not the issue. Oneplan is. The app not working, documents uploaded lost, claims not paid, whatsapp clients are timed-out but agents have unlimited time to respond. Getting in touch with oneplan is nauseating. (my chat started 13:11 and only ended 15:37) - what a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute ******* customer care. You will chat to an AI agent that simply auto respond with the same message for hours! Lazy and greedy management. The only way to get in touch with your medical insurer is via AI WhatsApp. Good luck with that!
Horrible response! made payment on the 10th of march. Management Polokwane promised feedback and I had to contact them for feedback after they failed to deliver on promises, product or service. Had to phone 4x when switchboard failed to connect to relevant persons. Manager who made promises went on leave without instructing anyone. I made it clear that the device forms part of our business security and is a critical component. Needless to say; this fell of deaf ears.
Horrible Service! They insisted on upfront payment on ordering Roofing sheets. Also made it very clear that delivery takes place in 7 WORKING days. Not once did they give feedback & only responded on WhatsApp...***ardly! To date, no feedback ... 20 days later!
I have to say that Tracker is most probably the worst organization I ever had to deal with. Incorrect business names, zero service, faulty devices, horrific communication and the list goes on. I will go beyond measure to publish the Tracker services and the proof of the horrible correspondence to all ratings and reviews platforms. Tracker have the audacity to claim more money after we literarily fired Tracker for its hopeless service. After several attempts to get in touch to extend our fleet, and get the existing devices working, tracker NEVER responded. Only after posting on Hallo-Peter did we get half-hearted response. Tracker is an insult to South African Business.
We have been attempting to get in touch with Tracker for months. No calls are answered, all emails comes back "deleted without being read". No service, Tracking devices malfunction, but dt. orders are pushed. The worst possible experience anyone can get in SA. absolutely horrible!
horrible. no response on customer care WhatsApp. Their switchboard function to "press "x"" does not work. Simply keeps playing the message over and over. No way to get in touch with this bank.
Capitec makes use of these attorneys to bully people into making absurd payments. After completing a dt order in Nov, 2019 - they never actioned the dt order. Now they keep sending threats for Judgement action or "Pay the full amount". Blunt bullies partnered with Capitec Bank.
Substandard service by HiQ in Polokwane. They had to replace the front shocks on M-Benz. Damaged the CV boots in the process & claimed that since they do not remove CV's and they found an oil leak somewhere else on the vehicle...It has nothing to do with them They ruined a trip that was planned and saved for over a year, caused damage and stand COLD! Substandard *******s!
