We are still having the worst experience with HiQ Montana, we had our rims done by HiQ Montana, right from the get go it was one problem after the other from the quote to the date of completion there was just always issues. When they brought them back we fit them and from there we kept losing tyres the rims keep cracking and then my tyres keep tearing. I have tried making arrangements they lady keeps making promises but nothing from her

I normally have good service at Hi q however when I went to the branch in Phoenix KZN I have lost all hope I changed my rims in Phoenix and did a swop over from my old wheels to the new set. Requested balancing of all wheels and did have good service at reception and the manager over seeing however upon driving back to Johannesburg discovered my wheels had a big shudder over 100km per hour Surely the technicians balancing the rims would have picked this up. I had to go to supa quic back in centurion where I had to pay an extra R350 for further checks and re balancing where they easily picked up the issue and advised why the balancing could not be done. Now I know I will have to repair and they will assist. Why did hi q not pic this up. I have no idea. I ended up driving very uncomfortably back to Johannesburg and then inconvenienced to go to another tyre place and pay extra money for a check. Hiq has lost a customer. Wish the seniors of hi q address this with the Phoenix branch and they will lose more and more clients

It sad that in todays time these ****** derogatory terms still get thrown around as if it is normal .... the alignment technician refering to me as a KOELLIE printing it on the alignment report might be a joke to him but to me it is low and pathetic.

HiQ Groblersdal, I have never received such a poor service in my life until I took my car to them for an engine major service/ overhaul. They charged me arm and leg, yet performed poor mechanical repairs on my car, now my problem is that when I took the car back to them to rectify their errors(return job) they kept it long in their shop not attending to it, and when they did...they quoted me to pay another extra costs,how possible is that, now still after those costs the car is parked coz of major oil leak. That was between (June-August)WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP TO ANYONE.

Poor wor Technician or workmanship. I fitted my CV joints on 22 August 2025 at Potchefstroom Branch in N12 road on the 01 September 2025 was towed with the same for poor fittings.
