I normally have good service at Hi q however when I went to the branch in Phoenix KZN I have lost all hope I changed my rims in Phoenix and did a swop over from my old wheels to the new set. Requested balancing of all wheels and did have good service at reception and the manager over seeing however upon driving back to Johannesburg discovered my wheels had a big shudder over 100km per hour Surely the technicians balancing the rims would have picked this up. I had to go to supa quic back in centurion where I had to pay an extra R350 for further checks and re balancing where they easily picked up the issue and advised why the balancing could not be done. Now I know I will have to repair and they will assist. Why did hi q not pic this up. I have no idea. I ended up driving very uncomfortably back to Johannesburg and then inconvenienced to go to another tyre place and pay extra money for a check. Hiq has lost a customer. Wish the seniors of hi q address this with the Phoenix branch and they will lose more and more clients
I buy a watch from the phoenix plaza store And then ask the guy to put in a box He then tells me the box will cost R25 What kind of a jewellery store sells jewellery and give customers in a freezer bag. Will never support touch of gold again. If touch of gold wants customer loyalty and satisfaction they will need to seriously think about what customer service is and start acting on it
Disappointing service received from Builders Warehouse centurion So I went to the store around 17:30 to purchase L brackets that was on special for R59 I get to the isle number 12 and get assistance where an employee confirms the price to be on special and I may need to purchase online and collect on my way out Normal price and shelf price still showed R139 each I did exactly that. Paid online and go to collections online only to find out that the lady there says my item is not reflecting on their system I showed them my phone and offered to send proof of payment and they refused The I requested delivery and that was a whole other issue and then was like it’s okay I will fetch when I have time First if an item is on special and the mess up is on your end. As a retailer u will need to accomdate the client I am glad I got the price I saw however why not assist me to get my item Now I have to inconvenience my week and see when I can go to the branch and collect that item that only cost R59 I purchased 3 brackets so my total was R177 I provided order number 2023847273 and offered to send proof of payment however was just pushed away Maybe it’s cos I went closing time and they did not want to assist me One person even says their system is offline Cos it was like 5 minutes before closing I am very disappointed Especially if the pricing was incorrect on their need and then I needed pay for the purchase to only find out I can not collect it on my way out after a consultant explained I could I have been a loyal client of builders and the least they could have done is checked my history of purchases online and In store and assist I mean I placed an order for not even 200 and get this It’s unacceptable and will definitely be taking my future purchases to other client orientated stores like chamberlains Very very u happy customer
I called for emergency assistance at 2-46pm as my dad was having breathing problems and seemed like he was having a heart attack<br> I requested services of an ambulance.<br> The guy I spoke to showed no sympathy at all and when I asked him how long it would take as he needed help asap he mentioned he is not sure and they very busy possibly 1 to 2 hours <br> Then he asks if he is on medical aid or not cos then it might take longer as my dad did not have medical <br> I did not care about the costs as I just wanted help asap. I then told the guy to forget it <br> As he was clearly no help to me and dropped the call<br> How can you have an emergency contact number and expect to get assistance in an emergency after 2hours <br> I wasted that time with this useless<br> emergency line when I could have contacted somebody else for help <br> Never again will I use this service and I truly disappointed by this pathetic service <br> Rather remove this emergency service from Vodacom if u guys can't assist in emergencies
