I sent email with 9 questions. Not 1 question was answered. How does a person get answers from tymebank? Its not the first time this has happened.
Excellent service from Silver Lakes branch. Neels gave me better prices than original quote, keeping me informed. Job was done quickly and smartly.
Why are do so many products not have prices displayed? Do customers have to guess or be surprised at the till? 2 weeks no Sasko bread. Speaking to management does not seem to help either unfortunately.
Information gets withheld (ie not told property in the market, prepaid meter has weekly fee), then you not get full notice to vocate (2 months as per contract), issues reported (eg lighting in bathroom, tap in kitchen, railings not replaced) not addressed at all.
Person has to wait 2 weeks before sending enquiry again as no response from 1st online. Only then a response. Then with appointment, after having sent photo of photo of VIN, we discover wrong glass was ordered
I have requested quotes from online website in the last 2 weeks with no response. You phone number on their website, rings twice and cuts off. Not sure why they have website and nothing works. Frustrating. Pity
I request a quote 25 Dec, i get a quote on 27th and copy of w order 1458851 and make arrangements for glass to be replaced Wed but suddenly, day before i get call there is stock. I work out of the province and cannot drive the car.
So frustrating with the time a person waits to get helped - only one consultant on duty. Service is worst it has ever been. Pity for a person that started with UBS in 1982 that a person considers leaving
My vehicle which picked up a large windscreen chip from a stone was repaired immerdiately and job was so well done, there was not a crack visible anymore; the only mark left is place where the windscreen was hit but filled up.
Tobi is of no assistance. Nobody phones back. Why does my data bundles suddenly do not work which have been working for yrs, contract renewed a while ago until this month, been paid monthly, been used in a phone without any issues. Thought it was due to poor reception. This means I am paying for absolutely nothing.
