This company is useless the phone from 010 489 7953 - 010 498 8741 - 010 498 8323 - 010 498 8308 i keep telling them they have the wrong number then they just put the phone down in your ear. They are unprofessional en rude. This is not the frist time I had to tell them they havee the wrong number 2 years ago they did the same with my Father.

MBD credit solutions is the worst company- first they phone multipal times a day and as soon as you answer the phone they put the phone down in your ear - secoundly when you answer and you greet the person they disconect the phone again, thirdly today someone spoke when I want to ask who they are looking for the lady disconect the phone again. this is getting frustrating. these people do not know phone manners or how to work properly. its has been going on for days now.

I have been having a problem with my vodacom phone for almost 2 and a half months, I have a top-up account with vodacom, so when you look at your balance it shows 2 amounts, a monthly airtime amount that you get every month from vodacom and the I have a Recharge amount. The recharge amount you are able to transfer to a different number. I have been queried why I can not transfer an amount ( I do have available amount) the one call center agent told me I must transfer at least 80% off the amount - this is not true. Then I phoned the call center again and till date nobody can give me an answer why I can not transfer, every time I esquire about this they say they send this to the back office and it will take 24 - 48 hours to give me feedback
