Bad rims repair and bad overall experience
We are still having the worst experience with HiQ Montana, we had our rims done by HiQ Montana, right from the get go it was one problem after the other from the quote to the date of completion there was just always issues. When they brought them back we fit them and from there we kept losing tyres the rims keep cracking and then my tyres keep tearing. I have tried making arrangements they lady keeps making promises but nothing from her

I had a horrible experience, i have been going there for sometime, pawning and fetching my things as needed. But one of the guy's there one evening was very rude. Needless to say i stood up to him as he was shouting at me by only telling him not to talk to me like that and to stop shouting. I left and a week past and i went to pay the interest on the one item i still had there as it was deu to expire that day. He told me my account has been blocked and i need to pay the full loan amount or loose my things. My point and complaint here is... only the owner or manager can block your account and so he did, but without talking to me or getting my side of the story as he would then have realized that i was not wrong and that i have been a longstanding client that has never had problems with anyone there. I also have 3 other people that has had the same experience with only this one staff member. I have reached out to the manager via e mail and tried calling with no success. Please make this staff member known and get him into check

Bad service from makro and hisense wonderboom
I would like to tell everyone that last year August i bought a hisense frindge at makro wonderboom. Three weeks after of purchasing the fridge we noticed that the freezer part of the fridge was faulty it started freezing up so the door could not even close i have to defrost the freezer once every 2 weeks. I started complaining to makro they sent out the same technician 4 different times and he kept on telling me he could not fix it, and that he would lodge the complaint and write a report that they have to credit me or resupply me with a new fridge. Its been almost a year and i am still stuck with a fridge with a freezer that can not be used coz it freezes up and my drawers can not open can anyone please tell me what i can do to get results from makro or hisense
