Mustek - Useless Inverters and Customer Service

Not even worth the star, should be 5 negative stars.

Don't ever waste your money to buy anything from Mustek. They very fast to sell you something, but customer service is non existant.

Bought 3 inverters from them, on not 1 lasting a year. 1st One had a battery replaced, shortly after that another issue and another issue, all within the warranty period.

They want to charge for something that was under warranty, since then I've not heard a word from them.

I keep on sending mails, but no reply. There is no way that I'm getting anybody to assist, so hopefully someone higher might see this and make an effort to contact me.

Or should I name and shame the individual/s? Don't waste your money, their inverters don't last and we've lost quite a bit of money, if it was just 1, maybe, but 3? The 3 inverters was also not on the same property, so no problem there.

Let's see if they have even bother replying to this. Mustek is useless and ***** you money for worthless products. What a shame!!

Do the power at be even know how useless the customer service is?
