Not even worth the star, should be 5 negative stars. Don't ever waste your money to buy anything from Mustek. They very fast to sell you something, but customer service is non existant. Bought 3 inverters from them, on not 1 lasting a year. 1st One had a battery replaced, shortly after that another issue and another issue, all within the warranty period. They want to charge for something that was under warranty, since then I've not heard a word from them. I keep on sending mails, but no reply. There is no way that I'm getting anybody to assist, so hopefully someone higher might see this and make an effort to contact me. Or should I name and shame the individual/s? Don't waste your money, their inverters don't last and we've lost quite a bit of money, if it was just 1, maybe, but 3? The 3 inverters was also not on the same property, so no problem there. Let's see if they have even bother replying to this. Mustek is useless and ***** you money for worthless products. What a shame!! Do the power at be even know how useless the customer service is?
There actually should not even be a star, there should be 5 negative thumbs down. Again they have just proven how useless and dishonest they are, they will take your money, o yes, and for someone the rarely claim, unfortunately I’m not able to get away from them yet, as I need to wait for a specific period. But o boy, it will not be longer than one day after that. Always coming with a story, not to mention that I pay R600 more for my car with them than with other quote, how ai hate them. Don’t be a fool, they promise a lot, hide info then come back with lots of stories. Like many others, I will tell them also where to go… arrogance can cost you, the lot you have, the more you can lose, they are not to big to see there backside, dishonest and greedy, be vey careful to go to them, they will bite you in the back. Think twice, they always find something!
Telkom - WORST SERVICE EVER AND CHARGING FOR NO SERVICE. Cancelled my Telkom line and ADSL as per Telkom's letter (contract term ending) in a Telkom store, within the time period as specified by them. Just by the way, the service I received from the in-store Telkom agent, WAS THE BEST EVER SERVICE... So this is not on him, as responsibility cannot be passed on! I cancelled my service, handed in all the paperwork, with more than enough time before the expiry date as specified on the Telkom letter, IN-STORE! This is now nearly 6 months later, quite a few mails as well as calls, which is also a useless case, therefore the mails as evidence. To date, I still have not received a mail, call or communication from Telkom regarding my cancellation that was not cancelled and still sending me a Telkom account, which I WILL NOT pay as stated in all my mails. I changed my service as I had no service with the Telkom line. It was more off than on and then getting charged as well for no service, for months at a time, then also paying for someone else's line as it was various times changed to someone else's number. I had to proof my usage, which was a useless case. From a normal account to 3+ times more than normal and in my most critical situations, no service at all. I had to pay the accounts... I've paid more than my fair share. I've been sending mails, I've also stated in my last mail that I will post this on social media and still no response. So, Telkom is useless, they charge for non-delivered services. You have to contact them to tell them to do their jobs, most cases reproduce paperwork, REALLY? I also work in a support area, so holding on for a phone ringing for hours is not possible, when I still had a line with no service I was told to phone or log onto the intranet..........HELLO, with what service??? I would be fired for this kind of service. Any chance of getting feedback from someone doing their job at Telkom for a change? Meanwhile, interest is being charge... I'm still waiting! Anybody out there sharing my frustration?
