First Technologies and Dell Online Sales - AVOID at all costs

Do not do business with this company they don't honor their Refund policy. https://www.dellonline.co.za/policies/refund-policy

They originally has a 30 day Refund policy (in Dec 2023) and I presumed it was the same as Dell's.

They are NOT Dell and are a partner company. I thought that the 30 day refund policy would cover the laptop I bought and wasn't happy with, but no, they said once you turn on the laptop its seen as "used" and cannot be returned.

i was given the run-around between Sales and p.s. - they have changed their refund policy now to 14 days.
