STAY AWAY FROM FIRST TOWING

My car overheated on William Nichol. First towing came and helped me take my car out of the traffic. He hooked my car with a chain. The chain came loose and broke the control arm and dented my car. I got in touch with them and after two weeks this was the response I got : I spoke to Chris Malan ( Accident Manager ) regarding the below. He has been to the BP garage to obtain video footage to try find out which vehicle assisted the client but has failed due to the fact the garage only keeps their footage for 48hrs and it’s then recycled. He has also spoken to his entire team of drivers in aid of finding out who was there but no one knows anything about this specific vehicle. We need adequate information in order for us to investigate this further.

Now they do not want to take responsibility and conveniently the driver is now "dead"
