I ordered clothing online on 11 September and up tobdate i have not received my parcel. I tried to contact them on various occasions and the phones just rings. I have sent them numerous emails and no fèedback from them. I paid via the website. I am going to lay a fraud case against them.
My car overheated on William Nichol. First towing came and helped me take my car out of the traffic. He hooked my car with a chain. The chain came loose and broke the control arm and dented my car. I got in touch with them and after two weeks this was the response I got : I spoke to Chris Malan ( Accident Manager ) regarding the below. He has been to the BP garage to obtain video footage to try find out which vehicle assisted the client but has failed due to the fact the garage only keeps their footage for 48hrs and it’s then recycled. He has also spoken to his entire team of drivers in aid of finding out who was there but no one knows anything about this specific vehicle. We need adequate information in order for us to investigate this further. Now they do not want to take responsibility and conveniently the driver is now "dead"
This is just terrifying. This place could not care about their customers. I have been trying to contact them since beginning of April. My contract is paid up and need a new contract. Nobody seems to worry to phone me back. I have sent numerous messages. Sometimes a person holds on for 20 minutes before you get attended to.

Makanda Finance has been stringing me along for more than a week now regarding a loan payout. I believe there is something wrong with their servers. As from Friday they do not answer their phones. Which makes me think..... Is there more than just the servers ???
