Firzt just wants your data

I dealt with a lady named Madelaine around the Noordwyk area. Firstly, she was around 25 minutes late for the viewing and she did not even bother to call and notify us that she will be late. I was happy with the property and she said she will send documentation for application and never did. It was only after she was followed up that she came up with some story then sent them. I had to R195 for the credit report which she said she will send to me and I never got it. There was never any communication after I sent my documents and I would like to know if Firzt rentals in Midrand collects people data? What disgusting service and I see the property has now been removed from Property24 where it was advertised.
