Horrible experience ordering from Fish and Chips
Horrible experienced at The Fish and Chips Co at Shop 22, Lambton Gardens Retail Centre , Cnr Webber Road & Beacon Road, Hazeldean, Hazel Park , Germiston, GT 1428. Still water had a muddy stain on it The chips didn't have any salt, vinegar, chip spice not tomato sauce that I asked for the bun was outside the packaging and probably touched everything. I want my money back. this is ridiculous

Bad service
Fish and Chips Jean Crossing Centurion Address: Shop no, 3 Jean Ave, Lyttelton AH, Centurion, 0062 Phone: 081 309 3468. Have such a bad service online. When you order its either you wont get your order or not everything will be there in your order. And most of the time, even when you get to the shop in person the stuff take for ever to help you. You will stand there while you are watching them playing or just purely ignore you. Its a pitty because they make such good chips but its not worth the service we get.

Bad service

Why microwave a fish patty???
I chose the Mzansi Fish Burger on the 13th April. They started by placing the patty into the microwave. As a result the patty came out exceptionally hard on the one side. The patty was also tasteless and had it not been for the pink sauce it would have been a waste of money all together. I have tasted fish cakes that far supercedes this taste. Totally disappointed.

I chose the Mzansi Fish Burger on the 13th April. They started by placing the patty into the microwave. As a result the patty came out exceptionally hard on the one side. The worst service i could have ever received and not only is that bad enough but the manager of Fish and Chips Co in Pta North gave me a call only to be rude towards me. I would never recommend anyone to go to that branch

BAD HUMILIATING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to fish and chips co in Alexandra pan mall on the 16th Nov at 17:41. I was assitant by a cashier with no name tag. I wanted to enter a competion i saw on one of their posters displayed. She told me the competion had closed when i asked why they still advertising it amd that they shouldbremove the those posters. i was insulted by the cashier she even told me they can advertise anything they want and its not my store i cant ask her question and tell her anything, they can advertise whatever they want anytime. She argued with me on top of her voice and insulted me until i left. She even gave me an incoplete order. She told me she didnt even care if i visited their shop again She even gave me her friends contact number when i asked for her superiors number. When i called the number a lady answered and she said she will contact the store without even hearing the reason for my call when i tried to explain she put me on hold and answered another call . people please do not buy at fish and chips co in Alexandra pan mall the staff is sooo rude and their managers too . To think i was the ony customer at that shop on a saturday afternoon really proves that the behavior of the staff there is verrrry bad. The owner and investors of fish and chips should be concerned about their investments. I do not see myself visiting that shop again i wont even advise any one to go there.

Unbelievable Service from Mfundo
