Unhappy with fish and chips parcel, old fish sickened us.

Very disappointing experience. I was unhappy with the 2x fish and chips parcels—the fish was clearly old and made us feel sick. To make matters worse, there was no response to my complaint and no refund offered. Poor quality food and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning.
