Fit for Bed - Exceptional Experience
Just want to say a Big Thank you to Samantha and the team from Fit for Bed ,Kramerville. They really went out of their way, with exceptional service and advice. Got the adjustable bed and I can sleep again waking in the morning feeling refreshed and not like a zombie anymore. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fit for Bed - Exceptional Experience
Just want to say a Big Thank you to Samantha and the team from Fit for Bed ,Kramerville. They really went out of their way, with exceptional service and advice. Got the adjustable bed and I can sleep again waking in the morning feeling refreshed and not like a zombie anymore. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

From initial query, to advice, to final delivery - the Fit For Bed team gave me outstanding service! I ordered storage bed bases that I covered in my own custom fabric which were fabricated perfectly. Very quick and professional service.

No sleeping at Fit for Bed Woodmead Needed to change my mattress (so I though) so looked around on Google and found “Fit for Bed” travelled to Woodmead and met up with Samantha
No sleeping at Fit for Bed Woodmead Needed to change my mattress (so I though) so looked around on Google and found “Fit for Bed” travelled to Woodmead and met up with Samantha. Showed me around and after a few minutes decided on the Harris Hotel king XL. Got the sheets as well as pillow and pillow cases paid and went home to wait for my new sleeping attire. And that’s when the extra service kicked in. When the mattress was delivered I was not there, the guys on the truck did all the work as the housekeeper is not as young as she used to be. Also they notice that my base was a Queen. So left the old bed where it was. Samantha called me to give me the news, I then ordered a compete bed Queen XL. Such bed was delivered the next day with the correct linen. Again I was not present and once again the Fit for Bed team did all the work. I cannot not recommend Fit For Bed in general and Samantha in particular for any sleepware. Philippe Frydman Johannesburg

Excellent product coupled with friendly professional service.
We recently bought two new beds from Fit for Bed in Kramerville. From the moment we first spoke to when we received our first bed, we had ABSOLUTELY Excellent service from specifically Samantha. She sent us a pin when we got lost on the way to the shop and when we arrived we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. She showed us the range of beds and made suggestions on what bed we should look at purchasing. We needed the one bed to be delivered to Cape Town and even this was no hassle. Once we received our delivery, which was quick and effortlessly carried in by Hendrik and his friendly helper. These guys were so friendly and professional as well. They explained the best way to make the beds last for as long as possible and left again, effortlessly. We have used our new bed for two weeks and already see the benefits of the spine controller bed. The bed, coupled with very friendly and professional helpful service made this one of our most memorable purchases and we will be back. Well done to Samantha and her team.

Stop Supporting Fit For Bed - They have no intentions of supporting you
We purchased a bed from Fit For Bed for R18,000, and to our disappointment, it didn’t even last two years. The bed developed air pockets and bubbles, rendering it unusable. We contacted the company promptly, reminding them that we have a warranty and guarantee in place, which clearly states that they are liable to repair or replace the defective product at no cost. However, instead of honoring their responsibility, Fit For Bed refused to assist us and redirected us to a third-party company, demanding that we cover the cost ourselves. This marks the seventh time we’ve attempted to share our experience and warn others, but Fit For Bed has consistently deleted our comments, blocked our accounts, and attempted to silence us. They refuse to take accountability for their defective products and poor customer service. You will not wake up to wellnesss as they claim, you will wake up to excruciating pain
