I had a great pleasure of being assisted by Tando Ponono and what an amazing human being she is? Tando is very bubbly, it was such a delight to talk to her - so funny yet eloquent and professional. She made sure that I understood every little detail pertaining to my cover which is something very important for someone who needed a comprehensive cover and who's not willing to compromise on standards, quality and safety. Thank you for a superb and unmatched service Thando, you were fantastic! My partner has been with OUTsurance for almost than 20 years now, if not more and I have seen how he's been treated over those years. OUTsurance treat their customers like royalty, they make you feel like you are their only customer. I tried them in 2022 for my pre-owned car but felt the premium was too much for an old car so I received my R500, since they could not beat my then insurance. Even though OUTsurance still did not succeed to beat my current insurance, I am now happy to entrust my new car with them - because I believe she deserves only the BEST and can rest assured that we will be in good hands. Thank you OUTsurance, I am looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship ahead!!

I think HelloPeter should have a no star option because some companies do not deserve even one star. I have placed an order with Homechoice on 25 November and made a payment using PayJustNow and expected the items to be delivered at least by second week of December, giving them ample time to clear the Black Friday backlog. I kept on checking the status of the order and upon seeing that my order was packed, I sent an email on 15 December checking when delivery will be made. The reason for for sending the email was to inform them that I will be travelling to Gauteng soon and if they don't deliver before 20 Decemebr there won't be anyone to receive the parcel. Due to the 15th being a holiday, I received an SMS that they will contact me. Today, 18 December I decided to send a follow up email and was told that according to their records my order was delivered on 12 December and I signed for it. Firstly, online customers receive notifications or updates of their orders - this was not the case with Homechoice. Secondly, I was supposed to be notified when my parcel was out on delivery - this was also not the case. Today when I asked as to which address was the parcel delivered, I was told to go to a Police Station and make an affidavit to report for *****. I have been a Homechoice customer for almost 20 years now and have never experience such treatment from them. Homechoice has lost its reputation and does no longer care for their customers. Early this year someone ordered items from them using my details, I was surprised to receive an SMS confirming change of cell phone number. They did that without even contacting me first to check whether I did change my number or what. They just decided to go ahead with processing the order for someone else. I sent emails and called them threatening to take them to court if they don't cancel the order, eventually they did cancel without even a courtesy to apologise. So in my understanding, Homechoice does not exercise POPI Act and this is an offense because they put us customers at risk of being victims of *****. I have since decided to close my account and buy using cash however that did not help me because the same thing has happened. They have delivered my items which I paid cash for to someone else and now they want to make their problem mine. I AM DONE WITH HOMECHOICE and hope other customers will also learn from my experience and do the same. I just want my money back, they can tell their courier people to go wherever they delivered the items and take them back!
I am so disappointed with Pippa from Pineapple insurance company. I am currently insured with Pineapple and I am very happy with their service so far, my needs are taken good care of. So I did a survey on the company and Pippa sent me an email to thank me for participating in that survey and as a reward I was offered a R200 Uber Eats voucher, which I thought was a kind gesture. When I tried to use the voucher I found out that it has already been used. I emailed to inform her about it but she never rep**** even after several reminders. Literally, she used one voucher for everyone who participated in the survey. Complete ****!!

She is coherent, patience and always going an extra mile to make sure that all your burning questions are answered. I received a call from Mandisa Mkhize who explained every single aspect of the insurance to ensure that I understand everything. She was friendly, insightful and most importantly honest in explaining the difference between covers and excesses.
