We purchased a bed from Fit For Bed for R18,000, and to our disappointment, it didn’t even last two years. The bed developed air pockets and bubbles, rendering it unusable. We contacted the company promptly, reminding them that we have a warranty and guarantee in place, which clearly states that they are liable to repair or replace the defective product at no cost. However, instead of honoring their responsibility, Fit For Bed refused to assist us and redirected us to a third-party company, demanding that we cover the cost ourselves.
This marks the seventh time we’ve attempted to share our experience and warn others, but Fit For Bed has consistently deleted our comments, blocked our accounts, and attempted to silence us. They refuse to take accountability for their defective products and poor customer service.
