Worst communication. Order very late.
It took 3 weeks to get an order I expected to receive in 5 days. The worst part has to be the lack of communication. There was no tracking information or any progress record sent to me after payment. Then, I only received an email after I had enquired what the hold up was, this was a week after order was placed. I was told it would take 2 days to deliver my order. A week later, I called and got some complicated story about them not paying the supplier on time but also the supplier mixing up orders. Another week later, I sent another email, which was flat out ignored. Then I received an email dated 3 weeks ago saying my order processing was complete. I'm guessing this was to aid the lie they would try tell that they had somewhat tried to communicate with me. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Would not recommend to anyone.

Your order was placed on the 19th October and our Supplier unfortunately had production issues which severely impacted the delivery of your stock.
Kian communicated with you telephonically weekly to keep you updated on the order progress and apologised on behalf of the Supplier for the untimely delay.
Your order was dispatched on the 8th Nov as soon as the stock was ready.
Apologies that it took longer than anticipated, but sometimes Supplier issues are beyond our control and all we can do is keep Customers updated.

And, as previously stated, the reasons he provided were that you guys had paid the supplier late and that the supplier had mixed up the order.
You responded to 1 email, the last email you completely ignored. No one kept me updated on anything. I had to personally inquire each time to find out what was happening.
