I was sold a Dud treadmill
I am reviewing Fitness Network NOT Concept Fitness! Tyy from Concept Fitness has been great. I was bought a treadmill in June last year, a birthday gift. After 5 months it started giving problems. It was used once or twice a week for 20-30 minutes. Some weeks not at all. Numerous call outs to try and sort it out & by March it was showing E03 error & didn't work at all. Treadmill was collected & i was told the motor had packed up, another R3600 to fix. They couldn't fix it & wouldn't honour the warranty as they said it was used for commercial purposes. It wasn't. I was given an old demo model as a replacement which had a problem from day one & packed up after a month. Can't be fixed. I am now R30 000 down with no treadmill. I am getting legal advice & will pursue this.

If they have not supported you, their customer, in a manner that you find satisfactory please address this with them. Tyy knew exactly what he was selling you and we were very clear and open with him in the process.
