I'm not happy with the treatment I'm currently receiving from the company. I reported my faulty treadmill to them last year December and they said I need to call in a technician because the E03 error message was not covered by the warranty. The technician did come and checked out the treadmill and said that the actual problem is the motor it needs to be replaced and mind you the motor is still under warranty. Now the company is not willing to replace the motor which is still under warranty giving me reasons that they have reported these faulty motors to the manufacturer and they are still waiting for a reply from the manufacturer till today. They are so unwilling to replace my motor they even suggested that I buy a new treadmill
