Exceptional care of the customer

I recently went to collect my vehicle and was so impressed with the standard of the repair and with the care for my safety and convenience shown by the owner, Gerald Fitzpatrick. He pointed out to me that my tyres were getting close to the tread limit and informed me of the danger of driving on marginal tyres and also pointed out a small crack in one of my taillights, which might have spread and started letting in water if I hadn't had it repaired. What a mensch!
