****ING HORRIBLE FREELANCE SERVER
I got an order from a buyer. Which I confirmed payment and the Tech Support services decided to hack my bank and stole R1800.00 which I can not dispute because they bought a game online by Codashop. In the AEU . You personal details are not secure on Fiverr. as well as you can not trust anything or any email from them. I am furious because this is ****kinggg ridiculous.I want my money back!!! and I will be going public internationally if I do not get my money back. HORRIBLE FREELANCE SERVER!!!!

Useless at helping after I asked SO many times for help! Prefer to waste peoples time instead
It was some of the worst I ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have tried and tried and tried again. But I can no response from them, no help whatsoever! I have created 3 profiles as best as I could, truly the worst!!!!

It was some of the worst I ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have tried and tried and tried again. But I can no response from them, no help whatsoever! I have created 3 profiles as best as I could, truly the worst!!!!

Worst working experience of my 11 years in the industry
The site is designed for Neanderthals. It allows too many ****mers on who are geared to ***** your money with **** Fiverr emails and websites. And when you get through to honest buyers trying to send you money, Fiverr asks you to verify your bank card by debiting ALL the money you have on your card (stating they will repay you) and then tell you you need to top-up with another €100 to verify further, even though you have no money left from their plundering. They still have not refunded me. To this day could never finalise an order due to that.

Fiverr *****s from people
Fiverr *****s from people and does not return money in the account. I had almost $60 in my account, when the account was closed, they refused to give me my money. I have been ripped of by several Fiverr sellers with Fiverr no where to be seen for help. Rather find a more ethical supplier than Fiverr.

Unable to request for a refund or go to resolution centre to reject a low quality delivery of work from a seller. Once review time lapses the system forces one to pay the order even though one is dissatisfied with the seller's work. Completely unfair as I can't even write a review on bad service experienced from the seller.

The point of a media kit is to catch the eye of a journalist and make them want to write an article or do an interview. It should be a one-stop shop for all of the information journalists need. In the past a media kit was often presented in a cardboard folder, but now thanks to the digital revolution, most media kits are in PDF format and can be downloaded from your website or attached to an email. He has not done that. Whats the media kit I present? I came in this app so I could deal with other parts of my business, I am not able to attend to. The last 3 pictures are media kits. It's not just a logo. He must give me my money back. AND FIVERR GIVES ZERO ****S WITH REGARDS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS.

Sellers are disposable
I have a case where a repeat offending buyer is facilitated to cancel my order, after breaking policy offering tips, and 26 time extension requests. The experience with the fiverr support team has been most unfair and degrading, and it's clear how little they will look into even big orders, by looking at their non consistent justifications for the cancellation as well as their suggestion for me to send even more time extension requests! How can you work in an unjust environment? Sellers are disposable #4860920
