A freelancer *******ed my business accounting records, leaving duplicate transactions that are blocking my tax submissions. The repair has been quoted at $900. The original order was a fraction of that. Fiverr released payment and closed the order without my approval. Support escalated through five agents over multiple days. Their resolution: a 5% promo code. The freelancer was flagged — but remains active on the platform. If you are using Fiverr for anything that touches your finances or business systems, understand that their liability ends at the original order refund. I terminated my contract to pay with a formal business letter dated 11 Jan 2018. I received confirmation of termination. I have continued to be billed, I have sent multiple formal termination requested. My account has been suspended again and again since Dec. I have updated my banking details 5 times, confirmed via email, in-store, telephone. I have confirmed that the banking details are correct finally, after months of trying, but the debit order is not going off. 1. Without being contacted by vodacom by any means, you simply suspend my account. 2. I had to call the call centre 4 times today to get this information. 3. In March, I went into the store to pay my account in full, I have proof of this. Yet my account is still in arrears since over 2018. I WANT TO CANCEL ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH YOU. I REFUSE TO PAY MY ACCOUNT TWICE
