I have a case where a repeat offending buyer is facilitated to cancel my order, after breaking policy offering tips, and 26 time extension requests. The experience with the fiverr support team has been most unfair and degrading, and it's clear how little they will look into even big orders, by looking at their non consistent justifications for the cancellation as well as their suggestion for me to send even more time extension requests!
