I regret trusting them after seeing them on price check

I ordered a washing machine on 06-12-2023, but I have not received my order. I contacted them without any luck. I finally got hold of them via their chat, and they told me that my delivery was scheduled for 27-12-2023. I waited for my order and nothing happened and no feedback or communication.
