Terrible service

Terrible service, You can not get hold of them as the telephone numbers does not work or just put you in a queuing system and than cut off.

When you do get hold of them they say the item will be delivered on a certain day but never happens.

This is really frustrating and irritating.

How can you say you have great service if there is NO SERVICE at all.

A proper contact number will be greatly appreciated if anything like this actually exist.
