Worst Service ever.

They are in business to frustrate people. I bought a Washing Machine on the 6th of December 2023. Until to today the 15th of December 2023, I haven't received any communication from them. I have made several attempts to call them. When I get hold of them, one Sizwe Zulu picked the call but has made promises which was never fulfilled. I can't get hold of them as the telephone numbers does not work or just put you in a queuing system and than cut off.

This is really frustrating and irritating. Wish they can do something to communicate better of refind.
