<p>I had a horror story from another contractor that repaired my roof and waterproofing  that leaked from the first rains..I called Joel from Fix a Rook that came out within 5 hours of me contacting him.</p> <p>Joel showed me exacly what my issue was and quoted on the job .</p> <p>I agreed and his team started on time and was completed the damproofing and repairs to the roof on schedule.
