Pathetic attitude towards customers

The guy that answered was so rude, he put the phone down on me 3 times. Only because I asked him do I pay when I get there or does he require a deposit. He rudely told me I must pay as he isnt keeping the rooms for me if I dont pay. So I tried to ask him again, he said he is repeating himself and told me to go find another place. And put the phone down on me. And as I was speaking. Absolutely, rude and arrogant. I will never recommend that people go there as he has a bad attitude.
