Payment not reflecting in 4 days
I made a payment using payshap from my standard bank to their Nedbank account on Sunday. I have tried contacting them and all they say is Nedbank is having a delay in payments and they don't have time frame on when it will be resolved. I was helped by a rude agent who just wanted me to get off

Customer support but there's no real help.
So I made a transaction on the Falsh app, I paid off some money I borrowed from someone through pay@. And just minutes after they blocked my account and needed verification. I submitted my documents and contacted the call center with no help. It's been a week now and I've submitted my documents 3×, I've contacted them everyday but still no feedback on why they can't unblock my account. I still have a lot of money on that app and I'm unable to get it back until my account is unblocked.

Customer support but there's no real help.

Flash recharge
Good morning I recharged my flash app 1st August 2025 ,but my app is still empty I called but they always sending their boss emails to deal with the Metter as for my app Is empty

Poaching company
The company is efficient in handling deposits but lacks in issue resolution. The call center is unhelpful. The next step is to contact the ombudsman as R22k is significant.

Do not even try it.
*****sters at best. Glitchy App (do not even download it and DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRANSACTING ON THE APP, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND THE SUPPORT TEAM WILL TELL YOU THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE YOUR DETAILS ON THEIR USER DATABASE). Horrible customer service, forget about calling the helpline, there isn't an option to help you if you used the app for personal transactions(buying electricity, vouchers etc) and forget about emailing them... As i said... They will deny that you exist on their database as a customer followed by their support ignoring your responses. Will see how it goes with lawyers.

I Deposited money into their FNB Account made an error on the reference number on the 26th of August called their call center to try and allocate the funds I have also logged a complaint through capitec bank since it was a bank to bank transfer My reference number on flash machine is 0749725953 and bank notification number is 877120

Voucher query
I bought a 1foryou voucher on the website using my card but never received my tokens..I wrote an email to customer service which was on the 18/07/23 and again on the 27/07/23 and was told that my query has been escalated and will get feedback soon as it is resolved but till today no feedback

They never refund your money when they need to.
I bought electricity from the app it never worked. Still waiting for my refund. I recharged my flash acc with R106 they credited my acc with R98. This happen more than once. Stay away.
