Closed flash account

I bought a flash touchgo machine last week, after trading for one day my account was blocked, got to call center and was assited on the same day. On Tuesday 13th, I loaded a token via fnb app, then I tried to sell. I started getting an error that read like " transaction is complete. This account is closed!". I couldn't get answer from the call center till now. Nomthandazo got back to me via their whatsapp help desk, and after sending the required documents she promised that my account will open in an hour's time, until now the machine is still not working.
