I paid an amount of R4000 on the 26th of June back and again I paid R6958
I paid an amount of R4000 on the 26th of June back and again I paid R6958.20 both amount never reflected into my flash account, lodged a complaint I couldn't get help till now

Closed flash account
I bought a flash touchgo machine last week, after trading for one day my account was blocked, got to call center and was assited on the same day. On Tuesday 13th, I loaded a token via fnb app, then I tried to sell. I started getting an error that read like " transaction is complete. This account is closed!". I couldn't get answer from the call center till now. Nomthandazo got back to me via their whatsapp help desk, and after sending the required documents she promised that my account will open in an hour's time, until now the machine is still not working. Bad service I got

On the 30th October 2020, I bought two Flash Airtime for R500 and R350 respectively, at PEP A Division of PEPKOR Trading(PTY) LTD, PEP 4869 Bochum. The receipt were *****ed (damaged) and couldn't see the numbers, I then went to the Store and the Store couldn't assist me, since they couldn't retrieve the receipt. I contacted Flash and was told to bring the receipt number which I couldn't read. SKU Description Qty Price 128278 Flash R500 1 R500 4869-0003 00391006 11:59:17 30/10/2020 SKU Description Qty Price 958381 Flash R350 1 R350 4869-0003 00391006 11:58:37 30/10/2020 I need the airtime.

Absolutely Ridiculous Service.
Tried topping up with R1000 via the eft method. The amount hasn't reflected on the flash mobile device. Tried contacting their customer service department via email and telephone but no response. It's been more than 2 weeks trying to communicate with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst Service Providers
I was set to print a banner with Flash Digital also known as Flash Group, I paid the invoice and 6months later I still have not received my banner and they still haven't paid back my money. I would advise anyone not to do business with them as they do not deal well with their clients, do not deliver on time and are higly incompetent.
