Inefficiency at it's best. PAID BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDER
Placed an order online. Their delivery team decided to let a complete stranger sign and receive my order. Now I'm being told that there is nothing they can do, as somebody signed the proof of delivery. Basically paid for something to be given away.

Absolutely Ridiculous Service.
Tried topping up with R1000 via the eft method. The amount hasn't reflected on the flash mobile device. Tried contacting their customer service department via email and telephone but no response. It's been more than 2 weeks trying to communicate with them. Absolutely ridiculous.
