Neil Govendor Attorneys are the worst!
Why is FNB still using Neil Govendor Attorneys for third party insurance claims when they have such appalling service. I have been waiting for 8months for a claim payout with no clear communication.

VR Investigation Service is a fraud
Reiner Nel is a fraudster and scammer. Took advantage of my vulnerable situation, I paid him and he never delivered, when confronted he was extremely disrespectful!

Disappointed with service
We had our NPC Cheque account closed and upon request for it to be opened we had to pay the outstanding fees. After we paid we were told we had to open a new account as that one could no longer be reactivated and it would cost a further R600. We are disappointed with FNB for sending us from pillar to post only to be told we need to open a new account

Extremely disappointed with service
I went in store for a sim swap and have been waiting for 2 weeks now to receive the sim card. I've been using this number for 10years and all my banking is linked to it, I can't do anything. I've been told to wait for the store to call me to come collect, going for a third week now!

Appalling Unprofessionalism at SITA(State Information Technology Agency)
Appalling service and unprofessionalism at SITA Supply Chain Management. There is a fee for collecting bid documents but upon arrival, there was no one at the Tender Offices as seemingly everyone had knocked off before 3 pm. No one was helpful and we had traveled more than 400km to collect the documents only to find no one and get no help. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!

Bad Service at Markham Highveld Mall
I'm very disappointed and irate at the service I just received from Markham Highveld Mall. I went in with my laptop in its bag and I was told to leave my bag at the counter, I insisted that I cannot risk leaving my valuable laptop at the counter unattended, I asked who would be responsible should anything happen to it? I felt very unwelcome and undermined and insulted. I later got a vain and empty apology from the manager of the store with no remorse at all. My family has made the decision to never shop at any of your TFG stores and close all our accounts, we will not be treated like criminals when we walk into your shops, upgrade your security systems and come up with innovative ways and stop making us suspects because we walk in with our bags and refuse to leave them at the counter or be searched.

Worst Service Providers
I was set to print a banner with Flash Digital also known as Flash Group, I paid the invoice and 6months later I still have not received my banner and they still haven't paid back my money. I would advise anyone not to do business with them as they do not deal well with their clients, do not deliver on time and are higly incompetent.
