They sent me my payslip and the link tells me that something went wrong and they could not retrieve my document. I sent them an email, no response. I'm on the call now and I can't even speak to the agent, it's been more than 43 minutes.

I have been trying to register with SITA for the past 3 years, I have sent them several emails, went to their offices in East London, sent an inbox on facebook and calls but they never gave me a straight answer. I delt with a few individuals which they kept refering to each other and sending emails back and forth then no results, I was awareded a tender in Novermber 2018 and because of SITA(which I'm not regestered with) it was declined though I had order number confirmation. After 3 years of battling with them my question still remain: How do I register with SITA database for IT services? Here are the people who were involved on my registration: From: Siyasanga Pungulwa <siyasanga@bbbdt.co.za> Sent: Wednesday, October 21, 2020 4:44 PM To: Kgosi Marogoa <Kgosi.Marogoa@sita.co.za> Cc: Ellaraine Murray <ellaraine.murray@sita.co.za>; Sita Nonhlanhla <Nonhlanhla.recruitment@sita.co.za>; Mbuyi Mokgoko <Mbuyi.Mokgoko@sita.co.za>; Contact Centre <Contact.Centre@sita.co.za>; Yandiswa Citi <Yandiswa.Citi@sita.co.za>;

On day 15 June 2020, i went to SARS for my tax affairs and only came to find upon investigation that my employer did not submit my 2019 Irp5. When I called the HR department (DOD, NAVY in particular). I came to find that SITA has not printed 2019 IRP5s, so to me it brings to question as to how will an employee do his/her tax returns without the employer having not submitted his/her IRP5. Regards Mr T Chiloane

I called in to report the TMS buffer for the office and was assisted by Mr Steven Gasebonwe. The service I received was exceptionally virtuous. He made me feel welcomed over the phone and resolved my problem in a smooth manner. Thank you

Appalling service and unprofessionalism at SITA Supply Chain Management. There is a fee for collecting bid documents but upon arrival, there was no one at the Tender Offices as seemingly everyone had knocked off before 3 pm. No one was helpful and we had traveled more than 400km to collect the documents only to find no one and get no help. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!

Firstly i will like to thank all the staff at the Certification Collection desk at Gauteng Department or Education , they really tried everything from their part in assisting me with the issue of my Combination Matric Certificate, i have applied for a combination certificate in 2017, I been experiencing back and forth emails and telephones calls between Gauteng Department of education and SITA to fix the system error, i have been issued my Matric statement of results and a confirmation letters to use in the interim, unfortunately i have lost a promotion due this effect, the employer does not accept the statement or confirmation letter from the department of education. I even went to National Department of Education to verify my Matric, but the employer did not accept the letter too. the first letter was issued to me on the 5th of june 2018, the second one followed in August, still to date SITA has not yet resolved the system error. on the 8th of November 2018 i was advised that error has been fixed and that i should come back next week for collection, then when i get there on the 21st November 2018 i was then told that the error is back up again. The Staff from Gauteng Department of Gauteng followed on the matter, with SITA, later on the same day i was advised that the matter has been resolved. on the 23rd of November guess what!... the system error is back up again and UMALUSI is rejecting my combination certificate. The Staff from Gauteng Department sent yet another follow up again. As the result of SITA, i have now lost a promotion to a Deputy Director post due to failure to produce the actual Matric Certificate.
