ADT installed the new system in my home and I haven't had a peaceful sleep since. If it's not the system arming/disarming continuously on its own, it's the alarm trigger day and night for front/kitchen doors that are closed. Technicians come every week but problems persist. I'm not a customer. African Bank has been sending me debt collection SMS for over 4 years now. I've tried to correct the error for years, and then they tell me my number has been removed from the system. But I still receive their SMS every week, and SMS from their attorneys. The 'friendly' collection agents have a stinking attitude and no real solution
When ADT took over National (Chubb) clients, they didn't install their units and I can't add the unit on their app. I was away and my house in Ngwelezane was empty and the alarm went off, they (ADT Richard's Bay) went twice to check, and when if went off the following day, they told me they wouldn't go because I've exhausted call out, and it's twice a month. I organised my nephew to go to Ngwelezane from Durban to just switch off the system. My house was not protected for a week, yet I'm paying them R711 every month. It's not their system and I don't know why I'm paying them so much for nothing.
Matrix installed new units in my cars and instead of cancelling the old units, they double billed me for each car. I've written multiple emails and no response. I called them in mid December and they promised to rectify their error but this week when I called, I was told that there was no correction of error and the bill will go as is in January.
Potholes are not fixed, they damage tyres and rims. Ngwelezane B section experiences weekly power outage (+ 16 hours). Waste is not collected on the correct days and we are forced to take out waste trolleys everyday, they always give the same excuse if truck problems. Ngwelezane B section experiences low water pressure from 05:30 to 19:30 everyday.
Their banking app is getting more complicated now. I've been trying to make an online purchase since last week, the bank declines the purchase even after the verification of the transaction. They have removed the authorisation icon and there's no way to authorise purchases
