You guys and Fastway need to be reported to Temu as bad service providers. I'm going to make it a mission to mobilize a socia media campaign to start logging complaints against you directly on the Temu app. Because this trust index is indicative of just how much disdain you have for your clients.

Package has been sitting at Cape Town depot since 26 April 2026, no updates on the Temu website. I placed this order the same day as my Shein package and has since received my Shein parcel. I called the number provided which was for Joburg, Cape Town no answer!!! Im very dissapointed Temu you lost a customer, worse courier company ever!! Sies!!

D80000154826 They are the worst. Will not order from Temu again if they do deliveries. Lady answering my call today @ 14h56 was rude as hell. Referred me to Witbank and did not care at all. No wonder they are the worst because they have useless staff working there for them. Waiting two weeks whereby my package is in delivery bay. WORST WORST WORST if you see them pray that you will receive your package. Will never ever buy again if they deliver and will send items back if that is the case
