Package has been sitting at Cape Town depot since 26 April 2026, no updates on the Temu website. I placed this order the same day as my Shein package and has since received my Shein parcel. I called the number provided which was for Joburg, Cape Town no answer!!! Im very dissapointed Temu you lost a customer, worse courier company ever!! Sies!!
I never had a problem with Truworths,I opened this account to shop for office wear. My taste has since evolved and the pricing for items are quite expensive as there are cheaper options and shops available. I recently settled my account and requested to close my account and asked for a paid up letter. Been almost 2 weeks now and they are still trying to retain me as a customer after I clearly stated my wishes. I do not want and have to pay for something that I will not be using in the future. My expenses has changed, new bills and policies are added on, car and home re-payments, all accounts that I did not have previously. So in order for me to not be in debt each month, I am starting small and settling where I can. Kindly assist as I will be escalating this matter

I was student at Stadio, completed my qualification in June 2024. Could not make it to graduation as it was not held in my province, I communicated it with them and they said I should fill in a form in order for them to post my qualification via Postnet. A fee of R 100 was paid and I sent them the form with proof of payment in October 2024. To this day 2025-01-28 I have not received my qualification and I am missing out on job opportunities. I have been sending numerous emails to all stadio email adresses provided and not one response. Graduadion department flat out ignores my emails. I reached out via Facebook and they just “escalate” and “will get back to me”. I was also told to forward my emails to Lizzy.. also no response. I enjoyed studying with Stadio and never had any complaints until now. My fees are paid in full and my qualification is obtained. But why the hassle to just respond to my emails? I am deeply dissapointed and outright disgusted in the lack of support from each and everyone at Stadio admin. Sies!!!
