You guys and Fastway need to be reported to Temu as bad service providers. I'm going to make it a mission to mobilize a socia media campaign to start logging complaints against you directly on the Temu app. Because this trust index is indicative of just how much disdain you have for your clients.
Is there a rule that says Fastway Couriers shouldn't notify their clients in any way or form before they deliver their packages? Why is is CN Express attached to this courier company? Because I have never had a good experience with Fastway. I have had a theft, no updates on the tracking system, packages arriving with zero warning and therefore no planning for receiving on my part. One driver hooted rudely and loudly at the gate because there was no bell, but with no prior warning there was no contingency plan for deliveries. I called to change a delivery address well in advance but lor abd behold did it not go to the original address despite lengthy calls confirming the change? No, Temu needs to be aware of how horribly Fastway handles their deliveries.
I am two days away from claiming my full refund from Temu because a driver from Buffalo by the name of Ngcebo Mthembu is holding my package hostage somewhere. Has not been in touch. Buffalo does not want to hold him accountable and will not follow up in anyway. The package it very valuable to me. I can see a lot complaints about the same driver but Buffalo keeps using him. Why? Why are they allowing someone like this to continue working with them?
