I sent an email on the 7/01/26 with pictures of the car rim dents attached on the body of an email with an iPhone and didn’t receive feedback. I called one week later 14/01/26 only to find my claim was not processed. They asked me to send another email with attachments on top of the email meaning I had to use outlook, after I sent still no feedback then had to call them 3 times. Today 21/01/26 they calling to say they declined my claim because they don’t fix rim that’s bending. I asked them to cancel my insurance and they dropped the phone while transferring me to a “cancellation specialist”. I’ve never heard of claim specialist! Don’t use this insurance!!! They should call the company The Limited
Never ever book a flight with booking.com!!! I struggled to change my return flight from JHB to Dubai, I had to purchase another one way flight and guess what when I was returning I had to purchase another one way flight. They said they would refund me, after a few months of struggling with them I gave them my new bank account and they told me they want the old account(which I closed and couldn't reopen it). THEY ARE THE WORST WITH FLIGHTS, NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM. I lost R8715.35 for ticket and R2500 ticket change. It's been over a year now still nothing, I sent them my personal bank details and they would reply to say it was processed.
I bought a Volvo V40 T3 cash at PMB branch, the car battery was suppose to be changed before I take the vehicle but it wasn't. Now the car won't start, they asked for quotes I sent them 3 quotes and they said they'll get back to me within 48hrs. They not sending any communication, senior managers are all not available and no is saying anything. Horrible after sales support shame.
Click online has the worst **** service ever!!! I make an order Saturday of 3 small items, they say 2-3 days they will deliver at Hemingways mall. Monday I go check nothing is there, I call the customer care to tell them I’m leaving the country on Tuesday and I went back to the store to ask them if they have the items then they can replace them. Guess what? They don’t, so I had to buy them elsewhere. Now they telling me my refund will take 17-20 days, a lousy +-R300 just imagine.
These guys are ****mers!!! They tried to **** me claiming they near Cape Town selling cars and do deliveries. You find their building on Google maps, they will send you a forwarded WhatsApp location and a video sent by someone else. They have a website and landline as well, one actually **** that he is British when I asked which ethnic group he is and he sounds African foreign by the accent.
An agent called me Oct 2023 offering me their services claiming that they will help me with my credit score and I pay after the service. They did help me at all, it got quiet fast forward to Jan 2023 they deduct R1750 from my bank account and made it a debit check so that I cannot reverse it. I called them 3 asking them why, they have no answer because they know no service was delivered. I sent amanda@mmwentzel.com 3 emails and no response. Don’t ever use this company, they will debit your account without your approval and play run around. Worst company ever!!!
I’m having a tough time with booking.com right now. I’m stuck at the airport with a ticket to fly to UAE. I’ve been calling them since yesterday to cancel and change my ticket for the next day and they keep referring me to Emirates but I didn’t pay my money to the airline they took it. I called Emirates they managed to cancel it, now 5-10 booking.com consultants don’t know what to do they keep saying I must go to Emirates. I just spoke to a consultant now he said he will call me back and I’ve been waiting for 30min
I have been trying to register with SITA for the past 3 years, I have sent them several emails, went to their offices in East London, sent an inbox on facebook and calls but they never gave me a straight answer. I delt with a few individuals which they kept refering to each other and sending emails back and forth then no results, I was awareded a tender in Novermber 2018 and because of SITA(which I'm not regestered with) it was declined though I had order number confirmation. After 3 years of battling with them my question still remain: How do I register with SITA database for IT services? I logged a call two calls with ref: 574020701 & 149789535 to assist me with our domain madikizaindustries.co.za not working on their internet for some some reason. We are struggling to send/receive emails, MS Outlook 2016 only works when we connected on a different network. We cant do much without the email, Telkom consultants said the server techs will call me and its been 3 weeks now having the same problem
They took the car because of 2 months delayed payments, usual they would call me then I make a payment and this time they didn't deduct from my business account. Fast forward on 11/1/20 they took the car saying I owe R13k I asked them not take it I'll make the payment in 3 days and I did make the payment of R11k, received an insurance on the 15th a week later. My car has yet not being released, I can't do business without a car and Uber is costing me. Poor poor service and the response is freaken slow. Thato is delaying everything, I had to do a conference call after I sent them proof of payments, address, etc. I'm very disappointed
