Dischem seems to have lost the plot. First they removed the vitality sign from their products. This means that I have no idea if a product qualify for Discovery discount or not. The Dischem better rewards program is not good enough to compensate for this. Now they have upgraded the function that order a prescription. The upgrade requires the dependant to be authorised - the dependant listed has not been a dependant for years and the medical aid will not authorise the dependent. I also did not include any medicines for this dependant. Also, generally the changes are a downgrade and makes the ordering process less user friendly. This is the last month that I am going to struggle with Dischem. Upgrades should improve things, not complicate it. I'll rather switch over to Clicks to be my Discovery partner the end of the month.
The service was effective and efficient. The agent was very friendly.
I bought a pair of Jockey underpants. When it arrived, it was a completely different set of underpants that were delivered. I have been wearing Jockey underpants for at least 10 years, and this in my view is clearly a ****. This is apart from it clearly being very different from the picture and being clearly misleading. I noticed afterwards that some of the other buyers had the same problem and it is not just me having the same issue and the same suspicions. I tried to return this, but Takealot return policy doesn't allow it. They basically wash their hands of this, despite the possibility of *****.
It is not possible to contact mweb. Whether by phone or WhatsApp, there is no response. For an item that cannot be done the the app, eventually you have no choice but to give up.
The staff is very friendly. They really make me feel welcome.
There are so many committed staff working for the agency.
I have tried many times to follow the account verification procedures. in order to verify my account. The documentation is very clear, but always get rejected. The app also does not allow me to update my address. I have a small balance on the app and this now means that I will never be able to utilise this balance. The staff is not providing any assistance through email and I really do not have time to spend on phone calls.
I just got a claim rejected due to an invalid practice number. I went to verify the practice number myself on PCNS - it immediately showed as valid with the correct name etc. of the service provider on my very first query when I inserted the practice number. This is so unacceptable. Eight out of 10 times when I submit a claim myself discovery rejects in for invalid reasons - mostly because they do not read. Or maybe for other reasons? I am very busy and to have to always have to resolve issues that are not necessary in the first place is extremely frustrating. All I ask is for Discovery to apply its mind or at least train their staff.
I initially had an issue that was then sorted. I bought a good quality small plyometric box for a very good price. I am very satisfied.
I put in an order for Backtrack Sports. I immediately got a confirmation for the order. However, everything went quiet directly after that. I have followed up numerous times but received no response. No updates or any communication was received the about a month after I placed the order. Something is very strange. I will also lay a criminal charge with SAPS.
