Absolutely Ridiculous Service.

Tried topping up with R1000 via the eft method. The amount hasn't reflected on the flash mobile device. Tried contacting their customer service department via email and telephone but no response. It's been more than 2 weeks trying to communicate with them. Absolutely ridiculous.
