FALSE ADVERTISING AND OVER BILLING

I will be paying your CALL OUT FEE [or inspection as you call it] today, but I want to express my complete and utter dissatisfaction with your company. The add you have is very confusing and stated [SEE BELOW] – GET QUOTE NOW! NO CALL OUT FEE. I had another electrical company out to fix a light, and the charge for the full job R350, your “NO CALL OUT FEE” is R695, and the electrician was there for only about 15mins. I will not promote you and make sure people I know don’t get caught by the same misleading add. I do suggest that you put in your add, GET A QUOTE NOW, INSPECTION ONLY R695 P/CALL OUT, good luck then in getting any other business
